“Intensive” is a type of psychological work, which allows you within a short period of time to investigate a specific topic and gain instruments for further unassisted work. Usually an intensive takes 7-10 days, working 2 hours a day. The contents of our meetings depend on your needs and questions. I tend to use many different techniques available to me both in preparation and in my work. An intensive is an opportunity to combine psychological support with your vacation. It’s a chance to withdraw and look at your life and your goals in a new light. The creative atmosphere of Barcelona, the sea and delicious and healthy food all offer perfect conditions for a meeting with oneself.

It is important to understand that an intensive should not be seen as a replacement for a full psychotherapy process. It takes time to reach serious changes. An intensive is an opportunity to explore a particular theme, see it in all its details, and get results that will require further work in the future.
